"We used NIA Home Inspection during the purchase of our last house. John was professional, thorough, and went above and beyond by getting out and going up on the roof. I would recommend NIA Home Inspection to anybody looking for a home inspection."

“I used NIA to do the home inspection for a condo my client was buying, and we both were happy with the service they provided. John showed his high level of professionalism and competence, and more than that being attentive to details and nice enough to stay after inspecting and explaining every little aspect of his research, answering all questions and concerns. I would highly recommend NIA Home Inspections and will use their services in future. Thank you!”

“I am a real estate agent that works in the Hudson Valley. I work a lot with buyers. I have used NIA Home Inspections for about two years. I can honestly say that they are the most professional inspection company operating in our area. He is professional and spend at least an hour and a half for condos and two hours or more for homes inspecting the property. The report they create is well organized and easy to understand and very detailed. LaRocca has a great reputation in the real estate community. LaRocca delivers an outstanding service time after time.”
